Almond Carrot Top Pesto

Ingredients

10 medjool dates (with pits) 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1 tsp coconut oil 1 tbsp freeze dried strawberries (powdered)

Preparation

1. Remove pits from dates (the pit less dates dont have the right shape). Carefully open one side of the date, tearing half way through.2. Round the top of the dates and squeeze the bottom in a v shape to create the heart.3. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil (roughly 1-2 minutes).4. Cover dates in chocolate and add to lined dish.5. Sprinkle strawberry powder overtop using a siv.6. Place in fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!.
