Do you ever get that mid afternoon lull, or never have breakfast to grab on your way out the door? These protein balls are the perfect snack to keep in your fridge or freezer for on the go. They are vegan and use clean protein powder (although you can swap for whatever you prefer) and they are a no cook, one bowl dish. Plus they're something the whole family will love. I promise I won’t tell anyone if you in add in a few extra chocolate chips.

Almond Carrot Top Pesto

Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
1/4 cup hemp seeds

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients and then form into balls.
2. Put in fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!
