Ingredients

1 package shishito peppers 2 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves of sliced garlic 1 clove minced garlic 2 tbsp veganaise grated parmesan (optional) pinch of flaky salt (or vegan alternative) (or vegan alternative)

Preparation

1. Add shishito peppers to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and coat evenly.2. Once pan is heated, add peppers. Leave on one side until they begin to blister. Then turn to blister the other side.3. After peppers have blistered, add chopped garlic cooking until lightly browned.4. Separately add mayo to a small dipping bowl and grate a clove of garlic, mixing until combined.5. Plate peppers and top with flaky salt and Parmesan.
