Ingredients
24 dates (non pitted) 1/8 cup peanut butter 1/8 cup peanuts 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips 1 tbsp coconut oil pinch of salt (or vegan alternative) (or vegan alternative)
Preparation
1. Cut dates in half long ways on one side, keeping the back of the date in tack. Remove the pit.2. Spoon a small amount of peanut butter onto the date and add a few peanuts.
