Ingredients
1 sweet potato
3/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tbsp vegan butter
2 tsp cinnamon
2 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
A sprinkle of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Olive oil spray (to line the baking sheet)
1 tbsp additional vegan butter
Drizzle of maple syrup (for topping)
Preparation
1. Cut the sweet potatoes into circles. Line a baking sheet with olive oil spray and place the sweet potato rounds, ensuring they don�t overlap.
2. Melt 1 tbsp of butter and brush it over the sweet potatoes.
3. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove and flip over the sweet potato rounds.
