A drink with benefits
This mocktail Monday I’m using Drink Hiyo, a better than alcohol alternative to give myself the boost I need. Unlike alcohol, that’s hard on the body, Hiyo created a drink loaded with nutrients to give you the same relaxed feeling with a ton of added benefits. Ashwagandha is used for distress relief, lions mane promotes clarity, ginger aids digestion, turmeric fights inflammation, the list keeps going…
Add some mint and fresh lemon zest and you’ll have a fancy mocktail you’ll love to sip on. The best part is you’ll wake up feeling better than before.
Ingredients
1. Add mint to a glass, then muddle to extract flavors.
2. Add lemon juice and ice.
3. Fill Hiyo to top of glass and mix.
4. Then zest lemon over top for garnis and add a mint leaf.
1 sprig of mint
Juice of half a lemon
Zest of half a lemon
Hiyo watermelon lime
Garnish with mint leaf and lemon zest
