Vitamin C packed drink
After a big weekend this refreshing mocktail will reboost your energy and bring you back to life! One kiwi has 230% of your daily recommended vitamin C and they are a great source of antioxidants and iron. It is a great refreshing drink to enjoy to keep your body moving and feeling it's best! Plus I love snacking on the little bites of kiwi between sips.
Ingredients
1. Dice kiwi and then add to a shaker along with mint and lemon. Muddle then pour into a glass.
2. Add ice, sweetner, and sparkling water, then mix.
3. Garnish with lime and mint leaves.
1 kiwi diced
3 sprigs of mint
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp monkfruit sweetener
6-8oz sparkling water
Garnish with lime and mint leaves
