Seasonal Fruits
Summer time is all about taking your favorite seasonal fruits and making them into delicious drinks! Summer peaches are my favorite and this peach Bellini a perfect example. It is is fresh, sweet, and a great brunch treat. Pair it with the Thomson & Scott Noughty sparkling Chardonnay and it is chef’s kiss!
Ingredients
1. Boil peach for 30 seconds then place in an ice bath.
2. Remove pit from peach and blend with simple syrup.
3. Pour purée into a glass and top with alcohol free champagne. Stir and enjoy!
1 white peach
1/2 oz simple syrup
4 oz Thomson & Scott Noughty sparking Chardonnay
